In 1960 Dave formed a band playing purely instrumentals, Duane Eddy, Ventures, Shadows, Johnny and the Hurricanes etc.

After leaving school he developed into vocals like Cliff Richard, Billy Fury, Elvis, Adam Faith . . . later Gerry and the Pacemakers Hollies . . . and so on. Then after a long break he formed new band in the 70’s playing mainly chart covers and some old 60’s, pubs and clubs.

Started school circuits and functions purely as a 60’s band until mid 90’s and then broke up after band members started moving.

In 2003 Dave resurrected and joined Al as a Surfin’ Beachboy luckily had retained Fender Amp and Strat.
